Our historic mill

Mancianti Mill, since 1890

In San Feliciano, an ancient village on Lake Trasimeno, a mill has been in operation since 1890. In 1952 Faliero and Alfredo Mancianti took it over: since then, absolute care has been given to olive ripening, harvesting and selection.

The different microclimates of the Trasimeno hills are the secret to the quality of our oils. A tradition that continues, generation after generation.

From olive to oil

A process of artisanal care

From the arrival of the crates in the warehouse to the final extraction, every gesture is designed to preserve the integrity of the raw material. Olives are separated by origin and quality, defoliated, washed and cold-pressed in small distinct batches.

This care translates into fresher aromas, higher polyphenols and precise organoleptic identities for each label.
