FROM OLIVE TO OIL

The conveyor belt transports the olive cases deposited in the storeroom, marked by origin and quality.

    
     

The single lots of olives are put into the DEFOGLIATRICE, the machine which sorts out the leaves and other residue.

 

The TRANSPORTATION MACHINE then puts the olives into the WASHING MACHINE where all the impurities are eliminated.
